Spotting on the pill

I’ve been taking sprintec for about 2 years now, however I’m kind of worried. About a week ago, I accidentally took a Saturday pill- instead of a Friday pill and vice-versa (not sure if taking the pills in order or not effects anything), and sometime this week I took the pill an hour earlier than usual.

Now, I’m spotting a very light brown color a few days before my actual period is supposed to get here. In my two years of taking bc, my cycle has been super consistent. Should I be able worried that anything is wrong? Is this common??
