Can I be pregnant?

I am so scared of being pregnant! I have been taking the pills for two years now and I usually miss a day per month. Last week my boyfriend and I were doing stuff. We haven’t actually had sex. But he came and fingered me after. He cleaned his hands but he did not washed them. I have never been late before and my period is 3 days late. I usually get a lot of pain a few days before my period but I don’t feel anything this time... I am staring to get worried. I don’t know what to do. I feel so scared someone please help me! Thank you.
