D&C on May 25th but no period yet

So this is my Second D&C; due to miscarriage.

I lost both babies at the 8week mark, last time it took 3weeks and 5 days to get my period. So pretty quickly and it was all normal.

This time it’s been over 5 weeks!!! I’m worried something is wrong or I don’t know. I’m testing my levels to see where they are at. I just want to know what’s going on.

We did have sex about a week after my D&C; but can you get pregnant so soon after?

Has anymore had more than 1 D&C; and had different period times for both? Or any other experiences??
