Any hope...

Hey guys I am 3 days late for af and I have no signs of my period coming but have some weird symptoms I have been having to pee constantly and super tired also my boobs have been a little sore. I had a miscarriage at the end of April beginning of may and I am hoping really bad for my rainbow baby 🌈🌈 I have been testing for about a week now and I’m super confused cuz I have had a few positives and a bunch of negatives...do you see anything on this test i just took?!?!?!
