Dreaming of Miscarriage (trigger warning)

I was wondering if anyone has had dreams of having miscarriages while pregnant.

In these past three days I’ve had two that have shaken me to my core.

The first one, I dreamt I was in the car with my SO and we were driving when all of a sudden we get into a car crash and in my dream I see blood everywhere and I can FEEL myself losing the baby.

I woke up with a fast heartbeat, crying because my dream was so vivid.

My SO told me everything was gonna be OK because my boy is healthy.

But today I had another nightmare.

This time I can’t stop thinking about it because it had me scared.

I’m in a restroom in a motel. And I see a black tall shadow and it gets closer to me saying “I want your baby.” I’m trying to run but I can’t move and right before he gets to me, I am half awake, but yet I s full asleep. I’m aware of the real world and can feel my heart beating fast. I’m still dreaming though, because I can see the shadow from my dream looming over me stabbing at my belly while I’m screaming “die die die.”

This last dream scared me so much because I felt like I had sleep paralysis and I’m so scared. Is something wrong with me or my baby?

Am I going to end up having a miscarriage? Can someone please let me know I’m not the only one having theses bizarre dreams?
