Dreams ⭐️

So lately for he past couple of nights I have been having dreams of a guy that I used to go to school with. We were never in a relationship or anything because I never was pretty enough. I am married with my husband who I love but I keep having these dreams of getting pregnant and marrying this guy I used to go to school with. Sometimes even wet dreams and very satisfying. I have been trying to conceive for almost a year and a half and nothing. They put me on metformin and progesterone. Could it be something to do with the medicine?
