I had 3 periods this month

I’m literally freaking tf out every time I finish ovulating or towards the end of me ovulating I’ll start having light annoying cramps and begin to spot then the next day it will be a full ass period. I’m scared is this normal?? I’ve been off the pill a few months now and it just now started doing this. I took a plan B earlier this month too btw. So could it be because of that? Or should I start taking the pill again?
