Raspberry leaf tea ??

Do all makes work the same ? 
When shall I start taking it I’m almost 33 weeks ?

Raspberry leaf tea is said to strengthen the uterus for contractions during labor it does not bring on labor. Most midwives recommend drinking it from 36 weeks

I’ve been taking it for several weeks already, I’m 33+5 today. I buy organic loose leaf but if you get tea bags that are ONLY red raspberry leaf it should work the same as any other brand

Ive been drinking it for about 3 weeks now. It causes your Braxton Hicks (practice contractions) to be stronger. Which strengthens the uterus with the goal of more productive contractions on delivery day. I stopped for a few days and could tell a significant difference.  It doesn't induce labor. Im 32 weeks, btw.

Asked my doctor today and she said not until much later in the third trimester as it can induce labor.
