Need help

Hey you guys, I’m almost out of my first trimester but for the past 3 weeks I’ve had a huge problem with my sinuses draining into my stomach and not being able to keep anything down. It’s gotten to the point where I can’t eat anything and when I drink something, I have to take tiny sips. I was prescribed something for the nausea and vomiting but i think the issue is my sinuses because I vomit even if I don’t eat or drink anything. You guys, what should I try to get for the sinus drainage? Has anyone else ever had this problem? What do you guys think I should do? My doctor just says it’ll be over soon but not if it’s my sinuses draining and I can’t get it all out.
