Please help hcg!!!!

Ok guys I needs some opinions... my hcg 7-8 dpo was only a 10 (they seemed worried) I’ve had a miscarriage and a chemical. So that was the 22nd the 29th it was 518. And today the 2nd it was 1835... but she didn’t seem very “hopeful” on the phone said she would get the doctor to look at it??? My last period was the 29th so I’m between 4-5 weeks pregnant. Anyone can tell me if these levels are ok or not??
