Chicken cutlets?!?!

Question

So how many of you like to cook? 
I enjoy cooking for my family, and I like to make sure my boyfriend has a good meal when he comes home from work.
I used to absolutely love my mothers chicken cutlets. That was one of my favorite dinners she made.
What is your chicken cutlet recipe?
I don’t think I’m going to try to cook it for my family anymore because it comes out gross 🤢🤢 
It just tastes like I’m eating a mouthful of unflavored Italian bread crumbs. PLEASE HELP lol

The way I do breaded cutlets is the way my dad thought me, the way he learns from his Italian grand parents.  
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Slice chicken breasts into flat slices.
Set out three plates:
1. flour
2. egg
3. breadcrumb
(In that order, always)
Season your bread crumbs if they aren’t already.
Heat a pan of extra virgin olive oil that has first been sprayed with cooking spray about medium to medium-low heat. 
Coat your chicken in flour, then egg, then bread crumbs.
Lightly fry in oil until light brown, then turn to do the same on the other side.
Put fried pieces on a plate covered with paper towels to drain while you are still cooking.
When all the pieces are done, spread them out on a cookie sheet pan and bake at 400 for twenty minutes.
You can do this same thing with pork or eggplant.  It’s super yummy.

Try Pinterest. I recently made cilantro lime chicken with an avocado salsa on top. I made some cilantro lime rice with it. It was pretty tasty. I recommend it.

Omg I HATE cooking. I guess you could say I’m the complete opposite of “wifey material.” 
When I do cook, I cook well. But I hate it so much lol.
