Freaking out

Hi soooo I just got a call from my doctor saying I got chlamydia and so here’s the thing I’m currently like sexually active with two guys ( manny and Ryan) so I had sex with manny three days prior to getting my birth control shot and when I went they said if I’d like to do some tests just to be sure and I said yeah cause I’ve had sex with manny before and I’ve never come back with chlamydia... so I went got my shot took some tests then two days later I had sex with Ryan and today I got the call about chlamydia so now I’m freakinnnng our like I have to tell Ryan about it but I also have to ask manny about it and I’m really uncomfortable with this like what do I do I’m scared to talk to ether one of them but I’m also freaking out over getting chlamydia like seriously what do I do some help I’m struggling and panicking
