Trying to figure out how far along I actually am...

My OB put me at 4-5 weeks based off my hcg levels. On 6/23 they were 860 then on 6/27 they were 2800+ (don’t remember the exact number 😩). My progesterone is low so I’m on suppositories 2x a day, but I don’t know how low it is. Going for more bloodwork tomorrow 🤞🏻. My hcg seems high to be in the 4 week range, so I’m thinking 5-6 weeks?

My LMP was 5/15. I should be going on 8 weeks, but my cycles are longer at 36 days long. I ovulated in either 6/3 or 6/4. I’ve read that if your cycles are longer, it can change how far along you are and to calculate it based on your o date. Opinions on how far along you would guess ?
