okay ladies, I need some advice. can I take a B12 supplement while on the Depo-Provera shot? I totally forgot to ask my doctor when I went for my appointment🤦🏼♀️I’ve been on the shot for almost a year, but I need to start taking some kind of vitamin for my overall health. thank you in advance!
