Hey Ladies! I have a question

So I found out on June 24th that I'm pregnant. I was 4 weeks at the time. I took a test on the 24th, the 25th, & on the 26th I went to a walkin clinic & took one there & they were all positive. My app says that today I am 5 weeks & 2 days. I havent had very many symptoms except for obviously no period, tender breasts, I'm very tired all the time, & a little bloating, some spotting (around the time I found out) & some mood swings. Is there cause for concern because I havent had any morning sickness or anything else yet?
