Weight advice
What are some diets or plans that you followed to lose weight? I’m 14 and about 30-40 lbs over what I should weigh for my age/height. All my clothing looks horrible on me and I’m very self conscious about it.
Current weight— 160-170
Goal weight— 120-140
But the thing is, I got into a car accident a few weeks ago and broke both of my legs, and one of them is still non weight bearing for 6 more weeks so I can’t exactly workout the same as others.
My main problem is my stomach. I’m so ashamed of it. Would a waist trainer help me lose inches? If yes, recommend some?
If anyone had any advices would greatly appreciate it! I would love to lose all this excess weight and look/feel healthy again!
