sometimes you just don’t wanna talk to your partner or you won’t be able to. sometimes my bf is busy and i have something funny to share that i just can’t wait for. or i argue w my man and even after we talk it out i will still want to rant or just talk to someone else for a bit to cool off. friends are a great thing to have and i think you should let him make more friends but if you aren’t comfortable with one or more of them for valid reasons, talk to him about it! this is all personal and i can’t speak for other people or their relationships. (:
