Contraception advice IMPLANT IUD (the coil)

So I’m still a virgin (20 years old), but I have been with my boyfriend for a month. I am no where near ready to have sex yet and he understands.

However I am starting to think about contraception, in particularly the implant (IUD)...

Any advice about the implant (IUD) I would be so grateful.

I know about condoms etc but don’t they reduce sensitivity? I don’t want to take the pill incase I forget and it would make me gain weight and I’m already fat enough😂
