24w right shoulder/neck pain preeclampsia??

So for a about 2-3 days now my right shoulder side of neck have been hurting really bad, when I love he right way it shoots down my ribs and arm. I have a spot right there in my back/shoulder that would hurt me like this before I was pregnant like when I would fold clothes and clean but not like this. It’s kinda a burning pain but sharp shooting pain at times too, It feels better when I have my arm above my head. I have a doctors appointment next Friday for my glucose test should I call them or just wait it out? I shouldn’t of googles but when I did it told me I have preeclampsia and it’s really freaking me out I’ve been extremely healthy this whole pregnancy they never had any worries of anything. Am I over reacting or could I really have preeclampsia???
