Ready to give up

Me and my husband had been trying to conceive three years I been off birth control for four years now and February 9 we got all these test ran on me to make sure I can conceive and to make sure I am having regular periods and I am and all my test came back normal he even go his sperm tested and it also came back normal I am currently taking prenatal vitamins and still nothing I have tried the conceive plus lubricant etc and nothing I am loosing hope and don’t know what else to do or where else to look for help...
