How do I tell my sisters?

We just found out that I'm pregnant with number 2 and we couldn't be happier BUT I'm not sure how to tell my sisters. Two of my sisters have been struggling with fertility for some time now. One, who has PCOS, has had several miscarriages after 8 weeks and many more failed IUI treatments. The other, cannot get pregnant the traditional way because her husband has motility issues (essentially the sperm don't have tails and the few that do don't move) and have already had several failed 
IUI treatments. My husband and I on the other hand weren't even trying (our girl is 15 months) so I can't help but feel guilty. I know they will be happy for us but I also know how hard it can be on the otherside of the fertility coin. *EDITED* I should add that both sisters live on opposite sides of the country from us so unfortunately speaking to them in person isn't an option. 😔

We got pregnant with our 2nd while my SIL was struggling with infertility. My husband called her and spoke to her privately by phone before we announced. That way she could end the call quickly and have time to process vs in person where she'd either cry and probably feel awkward or have to force a smile. Do not say "we weren't even trying". If you're close to them, acknowledge that it must be difficult for them so they know they can be honest about their feelings and it's not raining on your parade.

I have not been in that situation. However our cousins (more like best friends - super close) got pregnant and my husband and I have had two mc and they were with us during our mess. 
They told us face to face and allowed us to tell them how we felt without getting offended and they let us know that they feel terrible and that they want us to tell them our hurt feelings. 
So we both told them exactly how we felt and there were tears and anger. But after all that went away my husband and I realized that they are great parents to their first that they deserve to be happy and celebrate this life without walking on shells. We told them that too. 
Basically it isn’t your fault that you could get pregnant. It is not their fault that they can’t and feel hate or anger etc. therefore both sides needs a chance to vent because it’s no ones fault.

I had the same problem when I told my sister. She and her husband had been trying. She had ovulation issues and he has bad sperm. I pulled her aside and told her 1on1. I made it just the two of us so she could feel comfortable to let whatever emotions came up flow. She cried then told me she had just filed for divorce. It was a hard conversation. But after she went through her emotions she was happy. Make sure you give them time to feel whatever emotions may come up. Good luck

I was in a similar spot a few years back. My sister can't have kids naturally she has lost both her tubes due to past ectopic pregnancy.  When I found out I was pregnant with baby number 2 I was so worried about how she was going to take it.  She didn't take it well at all initially. She was very upset and took it very personal.  However after a cooing off period  ( a few weeks) she came to terms with it.  Fast forward a few years she had IVF and now our daughters are best friends!
