Pimples on breast and under legs

I have a very serious question and I'm so much worried. . . I'm on 33 week N I got some kind of pimples... since more than a month... 1st o got scabies... fixed now. . . but these are some kind of blackish color pimples... got them a week before scabies... they generally do nothing... unless got touched by my own dress or when it's little hot or I'm sweating... or wet... Then it just extremely start to itch... too much... can't stop my self ... what it could be ...my dc is out now country... N I'm so worried... bcs of their location on my body is sensitive... Do suggest or share something if u experience anything like this. 🙁🙁🙁
