So nauseated!!!! Tips?

So I am taking Phenergan which so far has kept me from physically getting sick, but I feel like I got run over by a Mack truck. Does anyone else feel dizzy and just really car sick? Even with the Phenergan I feel that way. I can barely function, it’s miserable. I’m only 6.5 weeks and nervous about it getting worse. I don’t know how I’ll survive!

Phenergan is REALLY strong. I always advise patients to take it when they’re able to nap. I’ve been sucking on peppermints.

Girl I’m the same way and I’m only 5 weeks 5 days. It started 3 days ago and hasn’t left 😩 the only thing that I’ve found that works is sucking on a jolly rancher, it only curbs the nausea for about an hour but at least it allows me to eat a little bit.

Morning sickness should ease up after the first trimester. It came and went through both my pregnancies, but after the first trimester it improved significantly.

try ginger biscuits or suck on a boiled sweet, they're helping me so far, mornings are my worst 😷 x

Diclegis is a life saver! Ask your OB for samples or a script. It’s just B6 and an antihistamine (which is what anti-nausea meds are). Makes you a little sleepy but it’s better than being nauseous 24/7. Phenergan is very strong and I cannot take it unless I can sleep for at least 12 hours! It also leaves me feeling hungover. Might want to try something milder.
