Nervous about getting pregnant and birth

When I was 16 I was in a car accident and it broke my pelvis in 5 places. I had to have a screw implanted to attach my hip back to my spine. The lower part of my pelvis grew back funky and now I’m super nervous about a vaginal delivery In the future! I came to grips with the fact of a c-section for all pregnancies, but now the possibility of vaginal is on the table! I am not sure even what to tell the doctor. Should I make an effort to make sure I’m good in that area and go see a doctor? Need some advice
