Borderline pregnancy test

So long story short, I took my first dose of clomid last month and my progesterone levels went up so I did ovulate. well Sunday I started bleeding so I assumed af showed up, so I called to get a refill of my clomid, well I had to go in this morning to do a urine pregnancy test before they would refill it. Well they called me with my results and they said that my results were borderline....does anyone know what this really means? Has anyone had this happen and actually be pregnant? I am still bleeding and it feels like my normal period, and I am so confused I don’t want to get my hopes up! I go in for a blood test on Thursday, so I will know for sure but I’m so impatient.
