Lower back pain

Hannah • married to my best friend since 2015, and now we’re parents to a perfect little boy, Liam Jaxon, born on 1.31.2019. 💙🤱🏼👪

Anyone else have lower back pain that is so bad you can barely walk? Only 8 weeks and 5 days. Idk how I’m gonna last this whole pregnancy!

Yes! Mine started this week. 10 weeks pregnant with twins. I had low back pain with my son also, but it didn't start until the 3rd trimester. I am so nervous how the rest of the pregnancy will go with a very active little boy at home and working full time! I am looking into back supports. I did physical therapy and chiropractor with my first. I will likely do that again. If I could afford to get a massage I very week I totally would! We are also looking into getting a new mattress as it is time for ours to be replaced. I hope that helps a little bit. Good luck to you! I hope you find something that works!!

I had it with my last pregnancy, it's absolute hell and I'm so sorry that you have to go through that. it started at 8 weeks for me and unfortunately it didn't go away for the remainder of the pregnancy. I recommend looking into a chiropractor, I wish I would have done that. Salonpas patches, Heat, ice, massage all helped temporarily. there are also back support bands that helped a lot!

I’m not trying to scare you, but if it’s too painful it can be a sing or a miscarriage. It was a sign of mine last winter and it was pretty much the only sign of it besides some chills.
