Trouble in paradise?!...

Hi ladies! I need some advice please! a little over a month ago. I started dating a really great guy who’s so good to me and has a lot going for him but there’s one little problem, he’ll sort of I donno brag? About being drunk...like “I’m pretty buzzed right now haha ” after having one drink it’s like he’s showing off (we’re in our early 30’s not teenagers so that’s weird) but the thing is it’s not like he’s really getting drunk and acting stupid, he’ll be acting totally normal it’s just the verbal aspect...it seems like he says this to try and look cool. He’s pretty shy and I think he tries to use it as an excuse like “oh if I say I’m drunk and then say something stupid it’s no big deal” BUT the big issue is after getting out of a dysfunctional relationship with someone who legit had a drinking problem it’s a big turn off to me for him to talk about getting wasted even though it’s just talk. (Is this making any sense? Lol) so what do I do? Do I ignore it? Do I tell him it bothers me that he talks about getting drunk even though it seems like he’s just trying to make himself more comfortable with opening up to me? Please help :( I’m at a loss here :/
