Can you ovulate early? Help!

Below I have my chart from this month and I had a big dip then a spike but I don’t know if it’s too early to be ovulation? If that’s not what it is, what would cause such a drastic change? (I added my chart from last month as well) Thanks!

Answer

Since you had such a long cycle before, this might be your body going back to normal. If your temps stay up the next few days, I’d say you ovulated. If it shoots back down tomorrow, I’d say it was a fluke.
