My little sign that my rainbow baby will make it this time!

I’ve been seeing rainbows everywhere! Three today two earlier this week!:) I’ve had 3 losses the last ones being twins and this momma has a feeling it’s twins again! My hcg levels are pretty high! My doctor even said she thinks it’s twins again! I have an ultrasound next Thursday, hoping I get the news I really want! I just want a healthy pregnancy and baby!❤️❤️
