Morning sickness - normal?

At 6 weeks, my morning sickness started. I was vomiting once a day in the morning, then feeling sick all day everyday.
Today, at 7 weeks, I woke up and didn’t vomit for once, and so far, have only been a little nauseas. Could this be a sign of a miscarriage?
Note: No cramps or bleeding at all.

Omg I can’t believe how frequently asked this question is😐 no it’s not a sign that somethings wrong. You don’t have to throw up every day all day to ensure that you’re having a healthy pregnancy. Symptoms will come and go

That’s normal. It’s normal for symptoms to come and go. Sore boobs have come and gone for me. I’m generally nauseous all the time but last night wasn’t at all and was able to eat. Today I’ve been in bed all day because the nausea is so bad.  It’ll vary day to day. (I’m 7w2d).

I'm 7 weeks and 1 day, I haven't vomited yet but I do have nausea and nothing sounds good at all. Can't stand the smell of garlic at the moment.
