how long did it take you to heal from a c section?

wondering how long is ideal to heal from a c section. I'm 10 week PP and still can hardly do the most gentle yoga classes.

still have problems every now and then and my c section was November 2016.

I’d say about 6 weeks for me!

I picked 8 because that's the least you had but mine was 6 weeks, thats when I was cleared for everything. I was feeling back to normal at about 4 though

I was up walking around my room within 2 hours. Eating within 4. Discharged after 48 hours. I thought I was healing really quickly. Nope lol. Once I got home and had to get out of bed and move around constantly it sucked for about 2 weeks. Then got better. Coughing and sneezing sucked until about 6 weeks post op. I had dermabond vs staples. Thank goodness. It dissolved and I barely have a scar now. An abdominal binder for post birth is a great thing to have.

My last one I was back to normal at a week PP (it was my 4th), but it has varied with each one. My hardest recovery took about 4 weeks to feel completely normal.
