Need some help or motivation?

Two years ago after having a C-Section to bring my son Nathan into this world, losing my pregnancy weight was at the top of my to-do list once I was in the clear to start a workout routine. When it was okay for me to go ahead and start a workout routine, I had so many excuses going through my head preventing me to start.

I was a first time, new mom. I was no longer working and majorly sleep deprived. I had ZERO energy. All I wanted to do was relax, eat, sleep, watch tv, snuggle with my baby and repeat. I was constantly feeling like I was in a funk. My nutrition consisted of frozen food, fast food, and junk food. It wasn't great at all!

Then in January of 2017, I was tired of waiting for the perfect body or even just my pre-baby body. I was tired of always being tired or out of breath from chasing a baby around! It was time for a change. So, I gave an online at home workout program a try. I just couldn't stay consistent! So, I started to incorporate walks in the mornings and running in the evenings with my mom in May. I started to eat healthier, but of course, would have cheat days and indulge here and there.

Then this year in June, I was asked to make a change and try an online boot camp group. This time was different, I would be apart of a challenge group with other people with the same/similar health and fitness goals. We would all be drinking a superfood shake for breakfast or post workout. We each were on our own journeys with great workout programs at our own fitness levels. The group helped keep me accountable and motivated!

I finished a 21 day toning program and I continue to drink my superfood shakes! I feel amazing! I have so much more energy now! I'm no longer counting down the hours until I can go lay down for a nap, or get out of breath chasing a toddler around!

Now I'm starting a new chapter in my life. I am far from perfect or have the ”perfect” body, but I have decided to share this with you all in order to help inspire others that this is possible!
