I'm 6 months pp and 6 weeks pregnant so I have the combination of leftover fat from being pregnant the first time and bloat from my current pregnancy. Before I got pregnant the second time I was exercising daily and walking a couple days out of the week, I also cut down how many sodas I was drinking and started drinking more water. I lost an inch off my waist and a couple pounds but now that I'm pregnant I just don't have the energy to exercise anymore and I've been having cravings

so all that progress just went down the drain. I'm bloated, irritable, overweight and honestly depressed. This should be a happy time, I want to enjoy my pregnancy but how can I when my weight just keeps going up and my self-esteem keeps going down. Advice would be greatly appreciated
