Any thoughts?

So the whole last week in June I was supposed to be on my period which I always dread because my cramps are so intense the first day that I can hardly get out of bed. I didn’t start when I was supposed to (was only late by a day or two) but when I did there were absolutely no cramps and all I should also mention that the first day my flow is super heavy but it wasn’t it was super watery (kinda just looked like water with a red tint honestly) and it only lasted for a day and a half so I took a test and saw a faint little line so I waited four days and took another and this time the line was darker and showed up a lot faster but the lines just look too thin so I’m convinced they’re evap lines but they both showed up in the three minutes. Any thoughts?

This was the second one I took I accidentally threw the first one out 😕

UPDATE: I had another test in the cabinet so I went to take it and the negative sign was already showing when I opened it and I’ve never seen that before. Should I trust this test or no?
