I'm worried sick

I got a call from my doctor last Sunday saying my levels aren't rising like they should be and that my progesterone dropped which are signs of miscarriage. I went in on Tuesday to get more bloodwork done and my levels are still going up but slowly to which she said is very abnormal. I now have an ultrasound today at 2:30 and I'm preparing for the worst. I was diagnosed with a blighted ovum my last pregnancy and I'm worried that the same thing will occur this time 😔
