What would you do if you became the leader of your country?

If you became the leader of your country for one day only, and you had the power to do absolutely anything, what would you do?
*Not sure what group to post this*
For me- I would want to find out if the government has the cure for cancer and have been hiding it.

Before I did anything to make my country a better place, I would first make friends with the elite families that pretty much control everything.

1.Fund the education and research facilities more.
2. Then create a holiday celebrating cotton candy because everyone deserves cotton candy. (This is mainly a joke, but that would be awesome)
3. Then make a better health system that’s more affordable for the average family.
4. Then I will make citizenship a bit more accessible, I dunno how tho. But if I’m smart enough to rule a country I can figure it out.
5. Donate some of my government money to Cure Research, Special Needs Help Charities, Good Will, and Animal shelters.
6. Wait this is a doozy, stricter gun laws :/
7. Attempt to undo Trump’s mess
8. Work on rehabilitation in prison more, instead of just locking em up.

I dunno I’m young, still like the idea of Cotton Candy Day tho.
