Spotting?? Hopefully 🤞

I have been taking my birth control pretty regularly, and I have 5 days left before my placebo pill begins, I have had brownish discharge today, and I’m not sure if it’s just spotting or if it’s a sign of pregnancy.. (I read on the internet.. yes I know i hate myself for it, that implantation bleeding occurs a week before your missed period and is usually dark brown) I guess I’m asking what you guys think? I don’t want to wait a week for my period to find out but I’m not sure a test would show positive yet as I’m still 5 days out.

My boyfriend and I stopped using condoms as soon as I was on the pill. He usually pulls out but I know that isn’t always effective. That was 4 months ago, and I’ve never had spotting before.
