Ok girls I NEEEEED your help

My 3 mo old does NOT stay asleep for anything. She used to sleep in the rock and play and looooved it. Now we moved her to the bassinet (after weaning her off the rock and play) and she has such trouble staying asleep! I think the most she’s stayed asleep in it so far has been like 2 and a half hours and then she’s up fussing and wants to be rocked or on the boob. She nurses to sleep but I am currently trying to break that habit. I really want her to be able to fall asleep and stay asleep. Any tricks or ideas?!

We do bath, bottle, nurse, white noise and then bed.

She either takes two naps during the day (1/2hrs each) or one long one
