Do people get pregnancy symptoms before implantation?

Is it possible to have pregnancy symptoms even before implantation? Specifically the abnormal breast soreness, nausea etc. I’m 7dpo right now with my usual minor breast soreness before AF arrives but I’m holding out hope that once implantation potentially occurs I might feel different.
