I hate my chart and I hate the pill

Feeling so down today. Came off the pill in Nov and only had a period in April. Seeing a doctor hopefully a week to get referred to a gyno. I’ve had enough! These stupid temps are wacky and don’t tell me anything at all!!!!! 😞

I spotted on thurs 21st and marked it as a period on glow because it was the only type of blood since April hence why it said ovaultong this week. One day I had strong Ewcm. But temps haven’t backed up ovulation so I’m very annoyed !!! 😰😰😰
