HELPPPPP!

I was diagnosed with blighted ovum in March I was told the Bby had no heart beat (march 14th) over the next 3 weeks we watched to make sure it was not a misdiagnosis, finally the week of June 28th the sac began to break down and I was told that I would miscarry soon, on June 10th I began light bleeding as if I was spotting , the next day cramps with mild bleeding then the next day 12th extremely painful cramps as I began to pass the miscarriage. I was scheduled for a d and c in case I didnt pass naturally on June 19th. Fyi I had stopped bleeding from the miscarriage by Friday the 15th. Dr advised to still proceed with d and c (in between the night before d and c bf and I had sex 18th ) dr stated there was little to no tissue left and I was ok. I had sex on 21st and started light spotting on 22nd-26th . I still haven’t had my period ,taken preg test keep getting a BFN., could I be pregnant again or could I still get a period?
