How much weight did you gain during your pregnancy?

I am gaining more weight than recommended for my first. I was just wondering how common it is to gain more weight than the recommendation? I workout 3x per week and eat healthy but I don’t count calories or anything. I’m nearly 28 weeks and I have already gained 30 lbs.

if you are being healthy dont worry about it. i tried everything i could to stay in the "healthy" weight gain catagory with my first and still gained almost 50lbs. your body knows what its doing!

I’m not exactly sure but it was over 50lb, I was never once told that it was ‘too much’.  I lost it all within 6 months, no diet or exercise above my normal activity.

.. not shit.. I weighed 190lbs. Lost so much weight that I weighed 160. I'm 30 weeks Tuesday and I weigh 180
