what do you do w your kids?

besides playing w them or teaching them things. i know for sure not everyone spends the whole time w their kids, im sure youll let them play w themselves independently too, am i right? anyways, i was w my 2 kids under 2. my 5mth old was sitting on the couch, while my 1yr old was watching his fav show. i was sitting w them both. my husband was drinking and tipsy, he was outside in his garage, came in, and said we all look so retarded. he said this is why he never wants to be with us or even spend time w us cause we look so retarded. then he started asking me if hes right that were retards like the rest of the world. he said were so fking retarded. he went back and came back a few mins later, acting like nothing ever happened. and he got mad that i was mad, thinking that i was mad for no reason. he said we look retarded because all we ever do is sit on the sofa, watch tv, and walk around the house. asking me why dont i take them to play outside. i cant take them out anywhere cause they both will cry. even at the park. he never spend time w us or even help me take care of them.
