Did you experience implantation symptoms?

I had a few 'pulling' or 'needle stabbing' sensations on my lower right ovary section. I googled it (I know.. I know.. but I don't have anybody to talk to about this stuff) and it said it could be implantation. But then I clicked on a link that said no one ever feels implantation and its impossible because it occurs on a cellular level. I know with my first I had a HUGE painful cramp only on my right side before I found out I was pregnant. Was that implantation? Idk, but just curious how you ladies all feel. I don't want to get excited yet, but I did ovulate about 7 days ago I think. I haven't started opk yet, and have only been going off my glow prediction and CM. I could be wrong on my ovulation date.
