what do i do

I loved my husband. I still do. He refuses to put my son and I first. He wastes money on airsoft and video games. We live in a shit hole with a horrible landlord. I want us to move into an apartment where we can live cheaper and save our money to buy a house. He refuses to move from this house and I cant.He threatens me with divorce. He fights at me and puts me down constantly. He constantly tells me that i don't care about him because i forget things. There is no spark. there's nothing but anger between us. I don't know what to do.
