Is it normal for a breastfed baby to sleep 5 hours at night?

I don’t know if I’m lucky or if it’s not ok. My son is 11 days old and sleeping about 5 hours at night. Is this normal? He eats every 2 hours during the day. It’s just at night that he sleeps this long. He’s gaining weight and he eats well. I just thought he wouldn’t be sleeping that much at night.

at 2 weeks my daughter slept 8 hours straight. 
her pediatrician said it's amazing, and count my blessing and to not think it will be like this with my next lol

Yes totally normal. My son was this way from day 1. Started sleeping 12 hours through the night by 4 months and never looked back! It’s a godsend to have a baby who can pick up good sleep habits...enjoy it!!

Yes! My baby girl would sleep from 8 pm to 12 then wake up to feed asleep again then awake at 7ish in the a.m. It’s a blessing! She’s now 6 months old and still an amazing sleeper!

Yep, he probably drinks a little longer during the evening to prepare for his long sleep at night. Perfectly normal
