HELP - DISCHARGE

so me and my boyfriend (long distance) have seen eachother recently and had sex quite a lot. Since then I’ve been having a lot of discharge like this picture shown below. I am on the pill and have been taking it regularly while I was there - is there anything to worry about like a pregnancy or infection ?!
