I feel stupid for having cravings 😞

We may have lost our baby yesterday (I went to the ER for bleeding but they couldn’t conclude for sure as I could just be earlier than I though and that’s why we saw an empty gestational sac)

I have still had consistent cravings and of course my poor husband just jumped to my request of Italian ice...but I just feel stupid now for having cravings
