I’d say you’re pregnant again. As another commenter said, you are the most fertile after giving birth. It normally takes at least 3-6 months for your fertility to go back to normal. I’d take another test tomorrow and if you get a second line again, I’d make a doctors appointment.

I got several positive tests up to 12 weeks postpartum with my twins I went and got my blood drawn and I was not pregnant it was left over hormone leaving my body I’d say wait a week and test again if line is darker, call the doc. You’re pregnant again

Quantitative blood test came back at a 2. I don’t understand how when I got a positive test the same morning. What could be causing the positive hpts? It doesn’t make sense.
