Babies with blood sugar issues

So I had my sweet boy last night. He was a very unexpected 10.2lbs! He is perfect and looking at and interacting with him you wouldn’t know anything is wrong. The problem is he is having trouble keeping his sugar levels up. Because of his weight he went on glucose testing right away but now, 24 hours later, he is still having trouble. We are on scheduled 2 hour feedings and high calorie formula. They have been talking about the NICU if there aren’t changes by tomorrow. Just wondering if anyone has had a similar experience with their baby and how it turned out
